Letters and faxes

For letters, a standardized letterhead template has been designed for the entire university, in which the individual details can be printed using the Word template that can be downloaded here. The template still needs to be adapted to the respective institute details.

The letterhead templates can be collected from the in-house print shop at cost price against signature and indication of a cost center.

As faxes are often sent directly from the computer, it is not practical to use a pre-printed form. The fax template for Word therefore already contains the logo in black and white. This template must also be adapted to the respective institution's specifications.
